Complications of pacemaker implantation: mid-term follow-up

Objective: There are very limited data of complications pacemaker implantation in Vietnam
 Method and Results: From 1/2015 to 12/2019, 1227 consecutive patients with bradycardias, aged 60,39 ± 18,93 years (40,34% male) were underwent the implantation. Models is 59,01% one chamber device 40,99% two chambers device. Early pneumothorax 0,24%, hematoma pocket 1,87%, lead dislodgment 0,57%. Late infection 0,33%, ventricular arrhythmias 2,61%, atrial fibrillation 3,34% heart failure 0,33%.
 Conclusion: The procedure safe low complications.
